Mint to Be

186 Mint to Be

Oh, just aren’t we? Aren’t we meant to be? Ever since I was chosen to be Mia’s bridesmaid at her wedding that happened in February of this year (Mint was her colour of choice!), I have a new-found love for the mesmerising, soothing tones of mint. And this dainty satchel purse seemed to fit in perfectly as part of the next post in my Currently Coveting series – on the blog. Don’t you think?

A beautiful work satchel from Abby’s Attic, both of whose sides can be worn interchangeably – there’s another side with pockets; I fell in love with it instantly (I have bookmarked it too, for good measure!). Where can you buy it? Well, on this website, Possimus (it seems to me that they curate pretty, vintage clothes and accessories from boutique brands), which I stumbled upon because of a post that Akanksha Redhu wrote on her eponymous blog… Thank you, AR!

Possimus is a relatively new online store, I think, and they really have some pretty-looking clothes and accessories, priced affordably. In fact, this sea green Plaisir Satchel is Rs. 1,590, after a sooper discount (it was originally priced at Rs. 1,990). Not too bad, eh? It’s just that I’ve been buying too many mint things for the sake of the colour lately, and I don’t know if I should indulge myself anymore. What do you think? (I’m also eyeing a crochet spaghetti tank that I spotted at a clothing store at Oberoi Mall, over the weekend. Yeah, this is how dick-headed I can be! I need help.) GAH!

P.S. Are there any new colours, textures or tints, that you’ve been going gaga over, too?
